Beckley Morris transformed the historic Dallas property by taking over leasing from the previous broker and quickly backfilling over fifty five thousand square feet of retail and office space.

///The firm explored a variety of options to revitalize an uptown property which had been vacant for 30 years. The repositioning project yielded the landlord $1.6 million in increased value for the property, a 35% jump in rental rates, and dramatically improved visibility and interest in the property. Beckley Morris obtained these benefits by utilizing industry specific knowledge to secure a variance, negotiated a favorable remote parking agreement to increase the potential uses for the space, and sourced a well funded tenant well suited for the space and market at the time of transaction.

///In the last five years Beckley Morris has inked over two hundred thousand square feet of pure entertainment and nightlife concepts in Dallas proper. The firm has been very successful in placing concert venues, large volume nightclubs, intimate lounges, and bars in perfect locations for local and national brands.
