ADVANCIAL TOWER
///Beckley Morris was able to broker an off market transaction between a well funded Dallas based restaurant group and a high net worth family for the purchase of Advancial Tower located in white hot Uptown submarket of Dallas overlooking Klyde Warren Park and The Dallas Arts District, a 147,000 square foot 17 story mixed use property. Our deal making in the immediate area allowed us to identify a unique opportunity that was overlooked by the market.
HOSPITALITY DEVELOPMENT
///The brokerage worked with a well funded out of state investment group to purchase multiple mixed use properties for a hospitality development in the Oaklawn submarket of Dallas. NYLO HOTEL
///The site was perfectly located between Microsoft and Nokia Headquarters, highlighting the concepts position as a hotel catering to business travelers. We sourced the ideal property according to clients stringent specifications in Las Colinas ‘ white hot hotel market with no DCURD, a mandatory tax assessment which if applied would have invalidated the business case for expansion. This was NYLO’’s first entry into the market.
